We clean your window frames, sills and external doors as part of every regular window clean at no extra cost.We believe this provides a more complete finish and helps keep your property looking its best.As we clean using a water-fed pole system from ground level, we cannot always see the condition of upstairs window sills in detail. If there is a particular area you'd like us to pay extra attention to, simply let us know before your clean and we'll be happy to help.

Yes. We clean windows in rain because rainwater itself doesn't make clean windows dirty. If severe weather makes it unsafe to work, we'll simply rearrange your clean for the next availiable date.

No, you don't need to be home while we clean your windows.We'll send you a text message the day before your scheduled clean to let you know we're due to visit. If we need access to the rear of your property, we simply ask that any gates are left unlocked.Once your windows have been cleaned, we'll send you a confirmation message to let you know the job has been completed.
