Normal tap water contains a lot of impurities which is what leaves marks on the windows when it dries. Our water goes through a series of filters which removes any impurities from our water which makes it pure. This means as we clean the frames and glass there is nothing left on the window to leave any marks.

When using the water-fed pole method, we are working from ground level and cannot see the upstairs sills so make sure you let us know if there is a problem that needs special attention.

When using our water fed pole method there is no need to dry the windows as they will dry spot free and shining every time. Please do not dry the windows they will dry naturally on their own fine. This will be smear free, if you dry them yourself you will get smears. I know this will seem strange at first but trust me you will get shining clean windows.

If you are not 100% happy call us within 24 hours and we will come and find the cause of the problem and if it is our fault we will re-clean your windows.
